Collins Otieno Owiti, has been in the banking business with over ten years of experience in banking disciplines such as microfinance, agency & merchant acquisition, business development, training, sales management, portfolio management, SME advisory and Strategic business partnerships. He’s currently a relationship manager for SME’s at NIC bank Kenya with major responsibilities being acquisition and retention of key SME customers by developing and maintaining strong business relationships by fully understanding their needs and providing appropriate and mutually beneficial financial solutions an advisory, Financial and project viability analysis of key SME credit line and recommendation for approval to credit risk. bank-Water.org under the WASH program.
Collins is currently a PhD student at JKUAT (Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. He’s a Master’s degree holder in Business Administration – Strategic management from the same institution and a degree graduate in Education Science from Kenyatta University. In addition, He Holds a Diploma in Public Relations Management from KIM (The Kenya Institute of Management).
