Valeria Ojera is the Administrative Director/Consultant at Millennial Legacy. (Mainly majoring on HR, Strategic planning, Business Administration and Staff organization). She’s a Human Resource and Supply Chain Management Professional. She has over 2years experience in Human Resource and Management. She’s also worked with Learning Growth Initiative in Kisumu as the vice president.
She holds a Degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain Management) from Maseno University and also a Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). She also has a Certificate in counseling, Psychology (Mainly HTS). And an active member of YALI Kisumu.
Valeria has professional certifications in Community Organizing for Action, Workforce Collaboration & Development, Strategy for Personal Growth and Development, Management Strategies for People and Resources, Understanding Climate Change, Understanding Elections and Civic Responsibility, Fundamentals of Business Expansion and Basics of Public-Private Partnerships. She’s also extremely about tech and literature

I have involved myself in various activities e.g. pitching competitions. I got an opportunity to work with DOT. KENYA (Digital Opportunity trust in Kisumu and Kakamega county as a judge in their pitch competition that was happening in several counties within Kenya
